You don't understand what I'm talking about when I say that beneficiaries govern Bitcoin. "Everything is public hence there is no influence" is like saying that media and advertisers and political lobby doesn't influence elections because the voter's ballots were not replaced.

And saying that the ability to make a fork is a sign of democracy is the same as saying that the ability to flee a country is a sign of democracy in it. Some countries such as North Korea are not escapable, but a lot of other countries with open borders are obviously undemocratic.
